EventOps is a Philippine marketplace where event suppliers — performers, photo booths, mobile bars, caterers, hosts, sound & lights, planners — get found by clients, take bookings online, and get paid. It was not built by a tech company looking for an industry. It was built from inside the industry, by a supplier.
Built by a supplier, not a startup
EventOps was created by Reyn Gallego — also known as Reyn Cabili Gallego, full name Reynaldo Gallego Jr — a performer and the talent manager behind Pyrolights MNL / LED Dancers Manila, one of the Philippines' most-booked LED performance groups, with 500+ events lit up for clients like Coca-Cola, BPI, Ayala Land and the Tan-ok ni Ilocano Festival of Festivals.
Running a supplier business meant living the problems every supplier knows: inquiries scattered across Facebook and Viber, quotes that go quiet, double-booked dates, chasing downpayments, and no way for new clients to find you unless you paid for ads. Reyn is also a web and app developer — so instead of accepting it, he built the fix, first for Pyrolights, then for everyone.
