Three Days of Culture, Celebration, and Lights
The experience was made even more special as our team spent 3 days and 2 nights in the beautiful city of Vigan, immersing ourselves in the rich culture, heritage, and hospitality that Ilocos Sur is known for.
The festival gathered locals and visitors alike to celebrate the province's traditions, achievements, and vibrant community spirit, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement and pride.
