These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EventOps marketplace and booking platform ("Platform"), operated by Pyrolights MNL ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Supplier — a business or individual who lists services on the EventOps marketplace.
• Organizer / Client — a person or entity browsing or booking services through the marketplace.
• Listing — a supplier's profile page on the marketplace, including business details, photos, and contact information.
• Platform — the EventOps website, marketplace, booking system, and all related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Supplier Accounts & Listings

• Suppliers register using Google Sign-In and may create one listing per account.
• All listings are subject to review and approval by EventOps administrators before appearing publicly.
• We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, contains misleading information, or is deemed inappropriate.
• Suppliers are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and up to date.
• Photos uploaded must be owned by the supplier or used with permission. No copyrighted, offensive, or misleading images.

4. Marketplace Rules

• The marketplace connects suppliers with organizers. EventOps is not a party to any transaction between suppliers and organizers.
• Suppliers handle their own pricing, availability, service delivery, and payment collection.
• Organizers should verify supplier credentials and negotiate directly before booking.
• EventOps does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any supplier's services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading business information
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without permission
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, reviews, or the approval process
• Impersonate another person or business

6. Photos & Content

• Suppliers retain ownership of the content they upload.
• By uploading photos or content, you grant EventOps a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform and its marketing channels.
• Maximum 8 photos per listing. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP. Max 10 MB per file.

7. Featured & Verified Badges

• Featured listings appear first in search results and receive a badge. This is a paid upgrade.
• Verified listings display a trust badge, indicating EventOps has confirmed the supplier's identity and legitimacy.
• EventOps reserves the right to revoke badges at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventOps is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between suppliers and organizers
• Quality, timeliness, or safety of supplier services
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Downtime or interruptions to the Platform

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or listing at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
